Scott Wyman

It is with deep sorrow and broken hearts that the family of Scott Nicholas Wyman announces his sudden passing in Kelowna BC, on Saturday morning, July 12, 2025. 

Born September 22, 1995, Scott was a lively boy who enjoyed his friends greatly and was always looking to build something. He loved camping and he loved the university engineering camp for kids. He moved to Kelowna in the fall of 2016 and found a wonderful basement apartment with Bill and Elaine and lived there till his passing.

Scott took Mechanical Engineering Technology, worked for an industrial shop in Kelowna, and applied for Water Sciences in the fall at the tech. Scott was a fervent reader who would do anything if he had YouTube instructions. From rebuilding his bike to 3-D printing… he had a wonderful driven curiosity.

Scott was preceded in death by his grandmother, Leota Wyman, his grandfather Ken, and his uncle John in Kindersley. 

Scott is survived by his mother, Laura Wyman, in Kindersley, as well as by his uncle & aunt, Douglas and Vally Wyman, in Tyler, Texas, and their daughter and son-in-law, Wylie and Grant Shellhouse, and their son, Andrew, in Austin, Texas. 

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. from Clearview Community Church with Rev. Kelly Froese officiating.
