Robert "Bob" Nelson

Robert J. Nelson, known as "Bob" by everyone passed away from this world Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 at the age of 93 years.

Bob will be remembered in the hearts of his beloved children: Debra (Wayne) Bishoff, Wayne (Gwen) Nelson, Dianna (Larry) Dickhaut, Blair (Gayle) Nelson, Jackie (Sidney) Hawker, Vicki (Clayton) Gunn, and Tammie (Cory) Kraft.  His legacy will live on in his 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  He was a special friend and uncle to many, and will live on in their memories.  Bob had been predeceased by his beloved Elrae in 2021.

There will be a Funeral Service held for him on Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Andrew's United Church in Eston SK with the Rev. Doreen Hewitson officiating.  Following the service, Bob will be laid to his eternal rest beside Elrae in the Eston Cemetery.  Live stream is available at the link below.  In the case the livestream doesn't work, it will be downloaded for viewing later.

The family has chosen the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada as a charity that donations can be made in Bob's memory in lieu of flowers.
