Muriel Neumeier Obituary

After a long and beautiful life, the family of Muriel Neumeier share with both sorrow and gratitude her peaceful passing on Monday, Feb 16, 2026 at the age of 94.

Muriel's life was a testament to love, resilience, and devotion to family. She will be deeply missed and forever missed by her children Heather Neumeier (Rick Irvine) step children Kieran, Scott and Travis, David Neumeier (Brenda) their children Ladene Keith (Nolan), Andrea Zimmer, Jason (Lisa), Ashley Neumeier (Mike) and Brittany Neumeier (Kade), Cathy Riendeau (Darwin) and their children Danny (Heather), Steven (Andrea) and Cara Kuley (Michael), Tracy Heidt (Brad) their children Mitch (Brett), Drew (Megan), Joshua (Lacey) and Meghan Staff (Jordan), Mark Neumeier (Judy) their children Ross (Carleen), Hannah Kohlman (Cody), Regis (Hallie) and Janelle Stevens (Kevin), Rebecca Sperling (David) and their children Byron (Jay), Robert, Darin (Brie) and Phillip, and Joseph Neumeier (Tammy) and their children, Jocelyn (Kirill) Alex, Evan and Samantha, and 31 great grandchildren.

She also leaves behind her siblings Colleen Gibeau Breen, Clayton Leblanc (Mary), Donald Leblanc, Derrol Leblanc, Marilyn Gregoire (Dennis), Debbie MacDonald (Jay).

She is predeceased by her  loving husband Wilfred; parents Regis and Evelyn Leblanc, siblings, Arlene and Ken Anderson, Laura and Lawrence Lafrentz, Ross and Shirley Leblanc, Maurice Gibeau, Jerry Breen, Claire Leblanc, and Timothy Leblanc. She is also predeceased by one Great Granddaughter, Charlotte Kohlman.

Her warmth, kindness and steady presence will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.

Prayer vigil will be held on Friday, February 20th, 2026, at 7:00pm, from our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 430 Yukon Ave, Kerrobert, Sask.

Funeral will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00am from our Lady of Assumption Catholic church 430 Yukon Ave. Kerrobert, Sask. It will be live streamed at the link below from the Church of the Assumption Catholic Church Facebook page.
