Joseph "Joe" Faichuk

It is with sadness that the family of Joseph "Joe" Faichuk announce the passing of a beloved uncle many times over, and loyal friend.  Joe passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026 at the age of 91 years.

Joe was a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews, and his memory will live on with his family.  His nephews; Gary Faichuk, Barry Faichuk, and Robert (Janet) Faichuk.  His nieces; Valerie Taylor (Pat Paillard), and Sandra Heiber.  Joe was also a precious great-uncle of nine nieces and nephews, as well as many great-great nieces and nephews.

Joe had been predeceased by his beloved parents, his mother Katherine (nee Boychuk) Faichuk, father Peter Faichuk, as well as his brother Ronald Faichuk and sister-in-law Frances (nee Senn) Faichuk.

There will be a Funeral Service held for Joe on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from the Eatonia Community Hall in Eatonia, SK with Lynne Resch officiating.  For those wishing, there will be a time to view and have a moment to say goodbye before the service starting at 1:00 p.m.  Following the service, everyone is welcome to come together to share a meal and memories of him.  Joe will then be laid to his final rest beside his father in the Mantario Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family has chosen to support the Mantario Cemetery fund and ask any donations to be directed to the R.M. of Chesterfield with the notation "In memory of Joe Faichuk".  The address can be found below.
