Emil Hauff

Emil Hauff passed away peacefully in Kindersley, Saskatchewan on October 23, 2019 at the age of 89 years. 

Emil was borne in Fox Valley, Saskatchewan on March 14, 1930.  At a young age, he moved with his family to Maidstone, Saskatchewan where he completed his high school education and began his career as a meat cutter.  Emil and his family moved to Kindersley in 1963 where he continued working as a meat cutter until his retirement in 1995.

Emil especially enjoyed singing with the United Church and community choirs as well as golfing and travel. 

Emil is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marie Hauff, his sister Gladys Murdoch, his children, Bryan Hauff, Cheryl Poitras and Susan Maedel along with nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

A private interment of ashes will be held at the Maidstone Cemetery at a later date.
