Clara Sophie Meier

Clara passed away on October 23, 2021 at the age of 94 at the KLD Wellness Center in Kerrobert.  A long time resident of Luseland, she was a kind, caring, hardworking homemaker, wife and mother.  She was an active member of the Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday School.  She was also a member of the Luseland women’s Missionary League and the Lutheran Ladies Aid.  Karl and Clara made many friends when they participated in Square Dancing!  Clara was predeceased by her husband Karl, her sisters Rosie and Bernice and brothers John and Alex. She is survived  by her two children Dale (Donna) Meier and Cyrena (Randy) Ans.  Four grandchildren, Julie
(Terry) Salisbury, Denise (Bryce) Chapman, Lisa (Rob) Skilnick, Adam (Susan) Meier, and nine great grand children, as well as many nieces and nephews.

There will be a Funeral Service for Clara on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 2:00 from The Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Luseland, SK, with Rev. Robert Groat officating.

Interment will follow in the Luseland Cemetery.
