Audrey Jean Herlein was born August 8, 1951, in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan to Clifton and Margaret (nee Humphrey) Selby.
She was one of eleven children in a very busy household!
Audrey met then married Anthony Herlein on August 8, 1970, in Major, Saskatchewan, and together raised five children: Carrie, Margaret, James, Michael, and Sharon in both Major and Kindersley.
Audrey and Tony then moved to Kindersley where she worked in customer service. She enjoyed reading romantic novels, going to the lake, and spending time with her family.
On Tuesday, February 7, 2023, Audrey passed away at the age of 71 years.
Audrey leaves behind her beloved children Carrie (Ivan) Desjarlais, Margaret (Raymond) Herlein, James (Mai) Herlein, Michael (Shadreen) Herlein, and Sharon (Brian) Ward; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her siblings Ellen ‘Beth’ Park, Marge (John) Horton, Judy Fiddler, Cassie Crann, Linda (Roy) Reinhart, Everett (Wendy) Selby, and Neil Selby; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Clifton and Margaret Selby; siblings Arthur Selby, Clifton Selby, Vivian Allen; in-laws Linda Selby, Bill Allen, Gordon Park, Wayne Crann; and son-in-law Kenneth Desjarlais.
There will be a private interment of ashes at a later date.
