Amelia 'Emma' Rose (Bakanec) Obritsch

With great sadness we share the passing of Emma Obritsch on June 17, 2023 in Kerrobert, SK.

Preceded in death by her husband Frank and parents Thomas and Mary Bakanec. Survived by her children: Darren (Mary Lynn) Obritsch, Mavis (Larry) Hardy, Karen (Les) Harrington, and Myrna (Daryl) Duffy;  eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held for Emma on Monday, July 3, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. from Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, 430 Yukon Ave, Kerrobert, Saskatchewan with Rev. Fr. Dan Yasinski as celebrant.

Emma will be laid to rest beside her husband, Frank in the Major & District Cemetery, Major, SK.
