BEVERLEY ANN LOPPACHER

Beverley Ann Loppacher of Eston, passed away at the Eston Health Centre after a relentless battle with cancer. Bev was born in Calgary, Alberta and spent most of her life in Eston. She was the daughter of Herbert and Ora Krenz. Schooling started at Penkill and she completed Grade 12 in Eston. She attended Saskatoon Business College and worked at the Eston Credit Union. She enjoyed all sports and was very active in figure skating, golf, ball and curling. In later years, she bowled on the Ladies Provincial 5 Pin Championship team. She spent many hours playing golf and cards with friends. A heartfelt cause for Bev was making necklaces and scarves for breast cancer research fundraising.
In 1957, she married Jack Loppacher and they made their home in Eston and in 1974 began farming. Jack and Bev enjoyed square dancing and were members of the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoyed many activities with the Goose Lake Shrine Club. Together they raised their two sons and Bev was a proud devoted mother.
Bev was predeceased by her husband, Jack, and son, Donnie. Bev is lovingly remembered and missed by her son Dale (Tracy), sister Shirley Yeomans, brother George Krenz (Bonnie), and their families.
A memorial service was held at St Andrew’s United Church in Eston on June 20th, 2019.
