Donald Fuhrman

Donald (Don) John Fuhrman, November 17, 1951 – January 18, 2018, 66.

He was taken too soon Jan. 18, 2018, at his family farm.

Don is survived by his wife Susan (née Strutt), daughters Deborah Hanlon (Sebastian), Leta Philp (Nathaniel) and Stephanie Bouchard (Joseph) as well as grandsons Henry, David and Ciaran. Don’s father Ray, and sisters Lynda Crittall (Jim) and Valerie Wasilyw (Ray) and many nieces, nephews, and extended family mourn the loss of his passing. He was predeceased by his mother Anne.

Passionate about farming and community, Don was involved in the Kindersley & District Health & Wellness Foundation, and an active brother in the Elks of Canada and local Legion #57.  Don served as a director for Virtex Grain Exchange.

The celebration of life memorial will be Saturday Jan. 27, 2:00 pm at St. Paul’s United Church (502 Main St., Kindersley).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Branch #57 Kindersley Legion, the Health Foundation of Kindersley or a local community charity.
